Wall Street Journal Joe Morgenstern
The silliness of Jump Tomorrow takes your breath away, and I mean that as high praise.

The acting is superb across the board, especially from Adebimpe.
Read Full Review >Chicago Reader Lisa Alspector
Transcendently kitschy, trippingly funny fairy tale, which has a surprising amount of psychological insight and a dance number to die for.
Read Full Review >Variety David Rooney
Hopkins delivers a genuinely charming example through the generosity and affection with which he treats his characters, a racially and culturally mixed bunch that could have seemed schematic and forced.
Read Full Review >LA Weekly John Patterson
One of the sweetest comedies in a long time, which doesn't mean it's sugary or fey.
Read Full Review >Los Angeles Times Kevin Thomas
Many try but few succeed as well as writer-director Joel Hopkins with his beguiling first feature, Jump Tomorrow, in giving a fresh spin to '30s screwball comedy.
Read Full Review >Chicago Sun-Times Roger Ebert
The plot unfolds with the gradual richness of something by Eric Rohmer, who has the whole canvas in view from the beginning but uncovers it a square inch at a time. By the end of Jump Tomorrow I was awfully fond of the picture.

At times a bit stilted, a common quality of first-time directors who try too hard to sculpt every scene, but it's refreshingly bereft of slick cynicism and smart-ass snideness.
Read Full Review >Chicago Tribune Robert K. Elder
Dry and irreverent, Jump Tomorrow plays like a Hal Hartley ("Henry Fool") comedy with a lighter tone and more laughs.
Read Full Review >Miami Herald Connie Ogle
A quirky romantic comedy with a distinct and pleasing retro feel.

A light and extremely likable comedy -- just what the doctor ordered right now.
Read Full Review >Village Voice Amy Taubin
The relationship between the hysterical Gerard and the careful, compulsive George is classic screwball material and more compelling than the relationship between George and Alicia.
Read Full Review >The New York Times A.O. Scott
The sweetness at the core of the raggedy low-budget romantic comedy Jump Tomorrow is hard to resist.
Read Full Review >Austin Chronicle Marjorie Baumgarten
The performances are extremely good, and the tone maintains a droll continuity throughout.
Read Full Review >New York Post Jonathan Foreman
Quirky and good-natured, it makes the most of an unknown but able and refreshingly international cast. And for a low-budget indie, it looks remarkably good and moves along with real snap.
Read Full Review >New York Daily News Elizabeth Weitzman
An enjoyable trip, as long as you don't mind traveling light.
Read Full Review >TV Guide Ken Fox
Delightful mix of swinging '60s style, road movie conventions and age-old romantic comedy tropes that coasts along on little more than charm, and does it delightfully.
Read Full Review >Entertainment Weekly Owen Gleiberman
There's a certain breed of annoying indie movie in which a character's shyness is portrayed in a manner so coy that it becomes a reverse form of exhibitionism. Jump Tomorrow is that kind of movie.
Read Full Review >San Francisco Chronicle Mick LaSalle
The story is fluff, but it's mostly appealing.
Read Full Review >Boston Globe Scott Heller
The movie feels padded. And Hopkins's deft touch as a writer and director leaves him when it comes to casting.

Rillian S. gave it a 9:
It takes a lot for a movie to make it into my personal collection, something this movie has done. Jump Tomorrow is very entertaining flows very nicely. It also has some nice messages about life. Check it out.
Jacob G. gave it a 10:
I couldn't get to sleep one night and happened upon this movie. I was blown away.
Adam gave it a 9:
At first it is hard to know what to think, but as the story unfolds so does everything with it, a great all round movie that hits home, makes you laugh, think, and feel drawn by the cast, not many movies in my books can do that, more than a good movie, one of the best. Its only a shame not too many more know about it here in Australia.
Dan S. gave it a 10:
I'd never heard of this film before. This morning at 1 am I flicked on the tv and caught half of it. Absolutely superb!
Scott J. gave it a 10:
Awesome.
Vanessa gave it a 10:
Only wished it was longer - as to enjoy the deliciously sweet characters and fresh wit for a moment longer.
