  • Summary: Cut the Rope, a fun, physics-based puzzle game with intuitive controls, swings its way onto Nintendo eShop on Nintendo 3DS. When a mysterious package arrives at your door, Om Nom, the cute little monster inside, is only looking for one thing: sweets! Using the Touch Screen, snip the rope at the perfect moment to give Om Nom the boiled sweet hes craving, and collect as many gold stars as you can by touching them with the delicious treat. Every level is replayable, so if you missed a star or just feel like you can get a higher score, you can go back and try again.

Each of the 12 themed collection of levels known as level boxes introduces something new to the gameplay, and with 300 levels in total to puzzle through, you wont run out of fun ways to keep your monster friend fed. Cut the Rope on Nintendo 3DS also features Om Nom Stories, a series of short animated episodes detailing your cute new friends adventures. Free updates to Cut the Rope on Nintendo 3DS add new content, including new animations and levels.

Cut the Rope is another title created exclusively for mobile platforms such as smartphones and tablets. Provides the same content as the other versions and still shows good adaptation to the touchscreen of the 3DS.

For fans of puzzle games who only have access to a 3DS, it's definitely worth the purchase.

Cut the Rope obviously is a very big success on mobile devices. It is a good thing that not much about the original gameplay has changed for this 3DS-version, but unfortunately there is no interesting new (3DS-) content with this download. Only a very big 3D Om-Nom on your top screen, that we find a bit meh-meh.
