And that's the thing--Pet Zombies is an amusing idea. Monotonous gameplay, however, is not. [Oct 2011, p.86]
Ultimately, when your zombies aren't interesting you cannot connect to them. They all behave in much the same way, and you never get to do simple things like learning their personalities or even watch more than one of your zombies interact with each other.

Summary Pet Zombies in 3D lets players raise their very own decaying human pets by managing their special dietary preferences (brains and the like), bodily maintenance (or lack thereof) and morbid activities needed to keep them happily undead.
