Graphics:7.5-Brillant graphics for a football game on the 3ds, much better than fifa.
Sound:9.5-Amazing music including the song from Michael Telo-'Ai se tu pego'.
Story:7.5-There is no Story mode but the Champions league and the othere leagues fills up that space.
Gameplay:9.5-The gameplay is fast and brilliant which is better than what Fifa could do.
    Replay Value:9.5-There is online
in this game and all the feuters will last long over at least 50 hours.
Overall:9/10-A brilliant game which take feuters from fifa 13 3ds and makes them better. The online is very good and is the best football game you can get this year for the 3ds.

EA Sports FIFA series may own all the licences but PES 2013 completely owns FIFA when it comes to gameplay, graphics, and presentation.

Give this game the licences EA Sports FIFA enjoys and PES 2013 would be a solid ten in my book.

For soccer on the go PES 2013 is the benchmark on portable consoles and is a game all 3ds fans of the sport should own.

Good game-play, online matches and the graphics are far better than FIFA 13(3DS). Also contains an edit mode, the UEFA Champions League and the Copa Santander Libertadors.
And I just love the Become a Legend Mode. Only thing I miss is the UEFA Europa League (Known in the game as the European Master Cup) and the UEFA Super Cup.
Also, Man Blue sounds much better than Manchester City, right?

Konami has done it once again with its latest annual entry of the football (soccer in north america) sim "Pro Evolution Soccer".

The game hasn't changed much from its predecessor in game play as its still has its solid game play intact.
On the negative however, they still havent changed some of the flaws from the first game, which includes lob passes, that can sometimes be very
difficult to execute for no reason, and are for some reason always played very long.
Also the passing can sometimes suffer from the same problem where some simple passes become a big problem.

This aside, its like mentioned still a very fun and tight gameplay once you figure it out. Also the difficulty on the hardest level seems to have been cranked up a notch which is highly appreciated, especially when playing some of the games best features.
Here is where the game really shines. The game has a ton of game modes like the standard exhibition, training, tournament mode. It also has the official UEFA Champions League license along with Copa Libertadores.

Some of the modes introduced in the 2012 entry keeps shining again as "Be A Pro" lets you play with your favourite player to try to win the leauge while getting a spot with the national team.
Even better is the "Become A Legend" mode, which lets you create your own pro, starting from 17 years of age, pursuing your dream of winning tons of trophys like the world cup, the continental cup, domestic leagues, cups and of course, the Champions League.

The high level of customization in some of the modes are outstanding for a handheld. They are even more in depth than console versions of FIFA. The same goes for the mode, "Master League" which if you dont want to play with a single player, lets you manage and play with a whole team.
Here you get to take care of signings, salaries, player development and much more while trying to win some of Europe's most prestigious trophies.
The fact that stats are saved every season allows you to have a fun overview of performances from previous seasons as well which is welcomed, even though this could be even more in depth.

The ability to customize and edit every player and almost every team along with creation of them is also at a top class level once again.

Online play is also solid with a ranking system which is OK, but it does leave you asking for more.
Same goes with the 3DS StreetPass system which function is a bit confusing.

With solid graphics for the 3DS and a more than solid soundtrack which features Michel Telos smash hit "Ei Se Eu Te Pego", the presentation delivers very well.

Overall, this is the best football (soccer) game on the 3DS and a must have for every fan of the sport who owns a 3DS. The level of customization and statistical info is amazing for a handheld game, and that is also what keeps you hooked and addicted for hours.

Ill give it a 10 out of 10 as my personal best game on the 3DS.
