When I bought this game last December, I was a bit hesitant since believe it or not it was the most expensive 3ds game at that moment in my local video game store. Probably it's because of the poor demand for the game, well upon playing it for the first time, I was really satisfied with the gameplay even though it's a simple brain game with additional 3d enhancements. The game is intended to be a 90 day course, meaning you'll have to play it daily but you can actually play a few games all at once but I warn you as the game progresses the difficulty of the puzzles also increases. However, the main drawback of this game is that it tends to be boring in the long run and a bit frustrating because there are instances where in even the warm-up exercises are too difficult that you'll need to cheat by searching for the answers online or through books (well maybe it's just me). The game is still a good addition to your 3ds game library and it will surely help you work-out out that rusting brain.
I give it only a 7 because of these main reasons:
a. Price - it cannot justify the 40 dollar tag price.
b. Gameplay - this should have been just an eshop 3ds game, since it's really a simple game containing hundreds of puzzles (some of which tend to be repetitive).
c. Sound - the sound becomes annoying in the long run, a voice over for the professor would have been good.… Full Review »
