  • Summary: It's clear that NFL QB Club 2001 is trying to play catch up with Sega's NFL 2K series, and the way things stand, QB Club still has a lot of cleaning up to do before it can smell as rosy fresh as Sega's superior offerings.
Score distribution:
  1. Positive: 1 out of 9
  2. Negative: 5 out of 9

While Quarterback Club 2001 has some positive qualities, think of it as an afternoon snack that will end up making you twice as hungry for the real meal being served up by Visual Concepts later this year.
  2. The fact is, both "NFL2K" and "NFL2K" blow this game away on literally every level.
  3. Only die-hard fans of Acclaim's long-running series should bother with this title.
  4. More of a rental than a purchase, unless you're a huge football fanatic who requires every pigskin video game.
