A welcome addition to the Dreamcast library, however this title may not satisfy every gamer out there. This is definitely geared to the adventure-oriented player.

The quirky controls and butt-ugly full motion video may force a couple of would-be adventurers to turn to something else. But for those of us who have patience enough to hang in there and dig for the good stuff, there's plenty of it to find.
  3. If you thought the older versions were too tough and frustrating, this won't change your mind. One-hit kills and unrelenting traps will test your mettle (and your ability to refrain from throwing your controller).
  4. Daily Radar
With bland graphics, poor gameplay balancing and -- worst of all -- terrible controls, so much of the game is so much of a drag that it falls short of the anemically rising levels that set the 3D action/adventure standard.
  5. Mechner's consulting and a reasonably complex and lengthy challenge make this PC port an amusing (if flawed) middle-of-the-road "TR" clone. If you can live with its numerous flaws, give it a try.
  6. The result is a game even worse than the port it came from. It's not an awful game, but it is awfully mediocre.
