Far from perfect, Batman: The Brave and the Bold - The Videogame for DS still shines and has its value.

A refreshingly bright and breezy take on the Batman universe that is well worth investigating, but it won't take long to long to bat grapple hook your way through.
  3. The game's lower level of difficulty and rather short main quest might turn off some gamers looking for a bit more meat on the bone, but for those who just want a fun platforming ride with plenty of action and some amazing boss fights, look no further than this rather entertaining DS adventure.
  4. Batman: The Brave and the Bold misses a few beats, but the overall composition is wholly loveable. Unfortunately, it's also obscenely short.

Wayforward Technologies has managed to successfully craft a fine one-player character-switching platform adventure that proves to be fun for all; not only fans of the cartoon show, but fans of the genre in general.
  6. Batman: The Brave and the Bold oozes personality, bringing a lot of the cartoon show's wit and humor to the portable system.
  7. Batman: The Brave and the Bold is really funny and challenging. There are some challenges and some boss fights combined with 2D-jump'n'run action. You'll fight against some bad guys with Batman and some of his friends like Green Arrow, Red Tornado and many more.
  8. It's a short game that can be completely finished in a few hours, but the bundles of modes and extras will keep you coming back for more.

Batman's latest adventure is a good, but short yarn on DS. It would have been nice to see more variety in the levels and to have the guest characters used in more interesting ways, but it's a solid game nonetheless.
  10. Stylish visuals and exciting action make The Brave and the Bold a very good re-creation of the animated series.
  11. An old style beat'em up, with nice graphics and interesting cooperative mechanics.
  12. Overall, Batman: The Brave and the Bold is a little too short and simplistic to guarantee any mass appeal, but I got a kick out of its family-friendly approach to Batman and his DC brethren.
  13. Platforming veterans will find the game entirely too easy but as an entry point for younger gamers looking to start playing platformers, or learning about Batman, it's a good, if entirely too brief start.

This review contains spoilers, click full review link to view. this is a very fun game. esppecially for the nintendo ds. It has 7 main levels and then a mystery level after you beat the game. I like the bonus challenges and all of the cool upgrades. There are 7 characters that you can be. Batman, Plastic Man, Green Arrow, Red Tornado, Green Lantern, Aqauman, And Blue Beetle. The levels take about 15-25 minutes each to complete and there are character capsules in each level that you can collect. This adds replay value. The touch screen on the game is quite intresting. It allows you to switch characters and also, at the bottom, there is batman's utility belt. The more you play, the more gadgets you unlock like the laser sword and the bat grenade. This is a great game and definetly worth the 20 dollars Full Review »

This review contains spoilers, click full review link to view. This Game is great fun for both adults and children. If you're a fan of the Brave and the Bold series you'll love this DS game. Ace Critic did you even play the game. I don't think you did. Background art and levels are fun. Shout out from character and some subtle voice over work on a DS title. Enjoyable boss fights as well. Collecting holograms is fun and who doesn't want to see tons of Pixel art characters. AceCritic I created this account because of my hate for you... Full Review »
