Bird & Beans doesn't use the Nintendo DSi camera, microphone or even the second screen, but for $2, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better value in the DSi lineup.

People may scoff at the idea of Nintendo regurgitating a small idea from a previous retail release, yet for 200 Points Pyoro proves to be one of the most addictive action puzzle titles on the already impressive DSiWare download service.
  3. A great little time-waster that's nice to have in your pocket, always at the ready. Two dollars for the package of two varieties is a heck of a deal.
  4. 70
I'd rather get some fresh new projects on DSi instead of recycled microtransactions, but at least the content in Bird & Beans is fun, frantic, and certainly worth two bucks.
  5. A great way to pass a bus journey. [June 2009, p.88]
  6. There are probably free Flash games on the Internet that approximate these games. It's best to save your Nintendo Points and wait for something worthwhile.

I loved this game, the most addictive I've played in a long time. I used to think my iPod Touch was the king of pick up and play but now with this and paper plane. I feel compelled to get the rest of the launch line up. Best Full Review »
