Command and Destroy is a half-decent effort that doesn't live up to the legacy created by the game it mimics. The technical issues might explain why Command and Conquer hasn't come to the latest generation of handhelds.
With an ancient design and old-fashioned gameplay, Command and Destroy is more like a gust of stale air than a blast from the past.
Command and Destroy has all the makings of a good RTS, but the awful controls and the even worse save system kill the fun.
