But short of rabid fans, I can't see anyone getting more than an hour or so of amusement out of this title.
For serious gamers, you can use this title as a great gateway for the younger ones in your life to get a taste of great games like "R-type" and "Gradius."
Danny Phantom: Urban Jungle for the DS has higher value and comes in a prettier graphical package than its GBA counterpart.
It's too easy, too repetitive, and worst of all, doesn't have that classic Butch Harman sense of humour. [Apr 2007, p.70]
Despite the mind-numbingly simple gameplay and non-existent difficulty, fans of the show will enjoy blasting ghosts and specters for the three to five hours it takes to complete the title.
The shooting is fun for the most part, but we would have preferred more challenging gameplay. There isn't much gameplay to be had, so the game is somewhat limited to fans of shooters or Danny Phantom.
The cover art looks great, but the actual substance is often a poor imitation of something else.
