The game is dumb scary fun for starters it has some of the best graphics on DS and is amazingly beautiful for a game from the new developers Renegade KID and the game also will scare most people. The main fun element are the boss fights and the main scary element is the plot which has to be one of the best plots on DS so far. The interactivity is great and the voice acting is brilliant and compared to the fisrt one this is a god of ture horror gaming. The only main flaw is the game has not enough reward and difficulty levels are not quite balenced enough however replayability is also great and makes this game the most fun, scary, pretty, and intensly large games on DS and will be so forever. Awesome. Renegade Kid has done one of the most interesting game of the Nintendo DS library. Scary, emotional, and a lot of stuff. A great story, great locations, great atmosphere. Seriously, this is better than Silent Hill 3, but not than the first and the second. This is phychological horror, and this is scary... not Resident Evil 5 ...

  1. Though the first Dementium was a decent survival horror, it suffered from a series of flaws that made the experience perhaps a bit too naive: poor plot, poor atmosphere, bad-designed monsters. This sequel solves almost all problems, delivering the same nice graphics at 60 fps, a nice artistic direction and very well-done enemies.
  2. Not much freedom, and a lasting appeal that leaves much to be desired, but else, a notable FPS, smooth, brilliantly programmed and unique in its genre in the gigantic DS software library.
  3. Weapons are more numerous and better balanced this time. [May 2010, p.82]
