  1. A surprisingly robust game. While it probably won’t interest hardcore DS owners who are awaiting more 1st party efforts, casual gamers and kid gamers can really get into it.
  2. If we’re lucky, the game’s designers will take the lessons learned while creating this game and go on to make something truly great with them. Unfortunately, the flaws that impede the main game and two minigames here rob all three of their potential, leaving us with a title that, quite simply, isn’t fun.

Can't it be a rule that developers have to know something about the show before they make a whole game? That way half-baked, monotonous titles that do nothing for fans, like Drake and Josh won't keep getting made. Just stay away from this no talent title.
  4. It really is a shameless excuse to try and cash in on a license. Fans of the series will be disappointed in this brain numbing exercise.
  5. Drake and Josh: Talent Showdown is a huge waste of time and not worth trying even if you're a fan of the show.
  6. We've never met Josh or Drake, or even seen their TV programme, but after enduring this awful mess of a game we wish we were still completely ignorant of them. [Nov 2007, p.72]

Hi yall. I would like to apologize for my son, Zak D. (the D stands for Dumas), for trying to say Drake and Josh is better than Mario Bros. AND Phantom Hourglass. It seems that I may not be beating him hard enough these days. Due to my IBS, I can no longer wear belts and the pleasure I once received from strangling the little bastard has long since quelled. I'm going to sit little Zak down and present to him a dictionary, his spelling could use some work. It's Nickelodeon retard! Full Review »

This is seriously my favorite game. Few titles such as this come along that really suck me in and keep me entertained for months. I really, truly, and honestly love this game, and encourage everybody to give it a chance. It's extremely enjoyable, and a blast for the hardcore DS gamer. Full Review »

This game has overall great gameplay elements and ok graphics for a handheld. the story is as great as ever, following the two bafoons, Drake and Josh, that you've known and loved since the release of the television series on Nikolodeon. This is a great game for any DS owner and highly recommend it over New Super Mario Brothers and Phantoms Hourglass anyday. Great Game 10/10. Full Review »
