  1. Like any social network activity, this is here to last. It's a new form of expression for creative people, and creating animations is so easy that soon there'll be millions of Flipnotes in Hatena's database. Fun stuff!

It's a shame that original DS and DS Lite owners have no way of trying out Flipnote Studio, as what is on offer here exceeds any other DS game in terms of potential and creational ability.

After toying with the program for hours and seeing co-workers' reactions and excitement, both in what I produced and how easy it is to use, I'm now comfortable in saying that there's a real reason to own a DSi system. Flipnote Studio is the system seller Nintendo really needs.
  4. Maybe it’s not the game actually, but still Flipnote Studio is brilliant, enjoyable and easy to use tool for all creative home designers. And – it’s completely free! [Oct 2009]
  5. Flipnote Studio is a fun and simple tool to create short animations and share them with friends and people on the web. Everything works fine, and being a free download makes it a must have for every DSi owner out there.
  6. While the program is simple enough for people of all ages to create a project, it still manages to offer up an almost endless amount of creative power limited only by the amount of time and effort users are willing to put into their projects.
  7. Flipnote Studio is simply essential. It's a superb animation application and it's completely free. All DSi owners should download it.

  1. I was so looking forward to FNS when it came out, and for the first few weeks it was brilliant! Then, several months later the Hatena site got a mass overload of crap flipnotes begging for apparently precious stars, therefore absolutely ruining the experience. What a shame, because it's a great tool, despite a few drawbacks. Full Review »
  2. This review contains spoilers, click full review link to view. Flipnote Studio is a Wonderful app, where People can create theire own Flipnotes. On the other side, the community is bad. Full of Star beggers, Stickmans, boos, and Untalent Artists.
If you want to share your flips, go to a website that support Flash and not there.

Of course it take ages to be popular. The other people who got populare are mostly Unfunny/untalented artist or people that are Star beggers.

Fun, free, and deep. What is there to complain about? The website is also great. Small download, as well. There is seriously nothing to really complain about. Full Review »
