  • Summary: [DSiWare] Are you ready to become a Mighty Flip Champ? Take control of Alta and page-flip through a series of action-packed mazes. The touch screen reflects a preview of the next chamber and shows Alta's projected destination within it. When it's time to flip, use Alta's Magical Warp Wand to replace her world with the next one. Will she land safely on solid ground or be crushed under it? By cycling endlessly through room after brain-busting room, you'll match wits with some of the most devious traps in puzzle/platforming history. [Nintendo] Collapse

  1. Creating a great game idea is impressive in and of itself, but you have to appreciate it when a developer goes the extra mile and surrounds that great game play idea with high quality artwork and music to give the overall experience that little something extra.
  2. A charming, addictive and original addition to the growing DSiWare library. [Jan 2010, p.83]

I love the unique design and the retro style of Mighty Flip Champs – the entire package is top notch and highly recommended.
  4. Mighty Flip Champs! is super fun and extremely challenging. It's certainly one of the first must-have games available for DSiWare, and there's a lot gameplay to explore.
  5. Once again, digital distribution allows an original idea to be realized, a combination of puzzle and platforms which works very well in this distribution system, with a price that wouldn't have been possible through traditional channels.
  6. Mighty Flip Champs is a great action puzzle game that truly takes advantage of the DS system for more then just a map and item screen. Its multidimensional gameplay system offers a great breath of fresh air to the genre and truly feels like a game not possible on any other system.
  7. Just when the whole thing seems in danger of becoming a cold study in design brilliance, however, the on-screen clock comes into its own, raising the game’s temperature by turning each challenge into a speed-runner’s dream.
