  1. It's a good fit for the DS, the top screen showing your list and time, the bottom the interactive scene. But it's a shame it's rehashed PC backgrounds, and low-res images. I'd love to see more originality applied, but there's no denying this is idiotically absorbing.

With its timed chapters, Portrait of a Thief adds a little spin to the seek-and-find genre. However, it's such a minute variable that it rarely affects the game.
  3. The release of Peggle, and of course, Plants vs. Zombies, demonstrates that they can cater to gamers of all types, but releases like the Mystery P.I. series leave a bit of a sour taste in the mouth and will offer little enjoyment beyond the non-gamers who might find a pleasant but short-lived distraction here.

I am a person that really enjoys seek and solve games so this was right up my alley. Some of the screens pose a challenge (to find items). The puzzles at the end of each level are painfully easy. Makes for an easy fun game. Have unlimited seek and solve puzzles will be an interesting feat. Expand
