  1. Number Battle may be a niche title, but don’t let that discourage you from trying one of the most enjoyable games in the DSiWare Store.
  2. Overall Sujin Taisen: Number Battles is perhaps one of the strongest titles on the DSiWare service yet.
  3. A nice chance to try a solid Puzzle Game that finally leaves Japan shores thanks to DsiWare service.
  4. It would've been overlooked as a retail release, but as a download this unique puzzler is a real bargain.
  5. A pleasant surprise, this should appeal to fans of strategy and board games. [Nov 2009, p.104]

  1. It's a shame that I just now discovered this game in July 2011. Downloaded out of boredom, and was pleasantly surprised to find an engaging game that turns a simple formula into an engaging experience. If you're a fan of games involving numbers (Sudoku, etc.) you will be pleasantly surprised. I'm not sure if this game had much of an online fan base, but I haven't been able to connect for more than one battle so far. Number Battle has a standard challenge mode, and a puzzle mode, which tasks you with attempting to acheive a set score with the tiles provided in a certain number of moves. This is a great title which unfortunately, alot of people overlooked. Full Review »
