Cooking's touch screen interface is clean, but the voice commands and audio help are what really make traditional cookbooks seem outdated. This "Touch Generations" title may be intended to draw more non-gamers into the fold, but this is software that truly is for everyone.
It's informative, useful, well thought out, and exhaustive in it's attention to detail.

Personal Trainer Cooking is an ideal companion for budding chefs interested in learning their way around the kitchen.
This is a well-made package that takes advantage of the handheld's capabilities as much as you could hope any interactive recipe guide would.
Of course, it won’t make cooking any more entertaining if you already find it a bit of a chore, but if you just want to be entertained you could also sit back a look at Gordon Ramsey curse his way through an episode of The F Word.
Absolutely not a video game in any shape or form – but something that's more immediately useful than Brain Training and its ilk.
Summary (Also known as "Cooking Guide: Can't Decide What To Eat?") Cooking Gide is designed to take the user through every stage of cooking. Its recipes are enhanced with many demonstrational videos which go beyond the capabilities of printed cook books. Additional functionalities are included to facilitate the cooking and preparation process.
