  1. What I don't like is the ugly non-Namco designed interface and screwy button configuration when plaing with the stylus, which makes it literally impossible to play with the manual transmission. [Jan 2005, p.85]

How can this game have a lower score than ridge racer 64. ITS THE SAME GAME. But this is handheld so why have it low on this list? Its a cool classic style ridge racer that the fans should play! Full Review »

Not the best game...and clearly needs some more work put into it. The graphics are blocky, collision scripts are mostly likely broken in some way, and the quality of the overall game is not high. Could be better like the 3DS successor

Gameplay is rather poor with poor collision detection, bad turning mechanics, and poor AI.
The Music is a decent mix of dance music from recent years
Presentation is blocky and very disorganized, while the length is rather long...
You won't find much to do afterwards though, maybe wireless multiplayer

    Gameplay: 6/10
    Story: N/A
    Music: 8/10
    Presentation: 4.5/10
    Length: 7/10
    Overall: 6/10

The speed in this game is the best part but the lack of different tracks (only 3 different places), modes, and weak AI oppenents brings this game down. However, you are able to play against 6 friends with one cart. Full Review »
