  • Summary: The game is an unique blend of classic game concepts. Using the stylus the player controls a snake on the lower screen and tries to use it to bounce the ball destroying boulders on the upper screen.

    In each level the boulders are organized in a different shape.

    At the same time the s    nake has to avoid enemies and may collect bonuses, falling out of the destroyed boulders. The aim of the game is to finish all the levels with the most points. The snake controlled by the player is composed of flexibly connected segments which bounce the ball.… Collapse

    Snakenoid Deluxe is every bit as bad as Snakenoid, which is understandable, as it's practically the same game. We didn't enjoy it very much the first time, and this re-release for the sake of asking "do you like me yet?" gives us no reason to reconsider our stance. The controls are awful, the gameplay frustrating and unaddictive and the presentation is entirely forgettable. Join us again next year for our review of Snakenoid Deluxe Remastered.

    Despite the creativity in its concept, Snakenoid is absolutely horrible in execution.

    Snakenoid deluxe is a fun, challenging brickbuster game. The fun gameplay, the troubling-likeable baddies, the updated graphics, and the wonderful music are all keys to being a good game; and snakeniod deluxe has 'em all. I say this is the best brickbuster game on dsiware!… Expand
