  1. Taking many of the enjoyable visual, musical, and gameplay aspects of the DS Castlevania releases, the game molds together an absolutely terrific platforming experience that's not only extremely playable, but also wildly enjoyable as well.
  2. This game won't get any originality award, but Soul of Darkness is an excellent example of a game style that, actually, it is not as common as we would like.
  3. With its pleasantly non-fascist checkpointing, sensibly compact level design and satisfying combat system, you'll appreciate Soul Of Darkness all the more. It's short, sweet and entirely unoriginal, but for all the right reasons.

  1. This is a solid clone of the DS Castlevania titles. It's fun, but things could have been better if it had more weapons (there's only two, and neither are very unique). But still, this game is well worth your five bones. Expand
