    It's a fun game that takes advantage of the DS touch screen without being gimmicky. Hats off to the developers for keeping the spirit of Spyro alive and well.

    This little game is pretty action packed. It might turn off some Spyro fans with its emphasis on combat, but I think it's really fun. All the enemies have elemental weaknesses that you have to exploit by switching your powers on the fly. This adds a lot of depth to the combat and really sets it apart from the console version. In the console version you can use your most powerful attack for most of the game and there's really no reason to even use half you powers . Also, the DS version has these light beam puzzles that are fun and become quite challenging. Unfortunately, the nice looking boss battles are kinda boring. Overall, this game represents a good value for Spyro fans who want a portable version of their favorite purple dragon.… Expand

    I finished it in about a day (and it's one of the first action games I've played...and yes I'm over 18) it is actually very fun and very endearing. Things can get tedious, but overall it's great for killing time and hanging out with Spyro... I just wish all the other games were as action packed as this one. One comment is true though, it does seem to want 3 hands to be able to play it. But it's very good use of the DS double/touch screens.… Expand
