Reprising their roles as the characters of Spyro and his mentor Ignitus, are two popular Hollywood leading men, Elijah Wood (Frodo Baggins in The Lord of the Rings trilogy) and Gary Oldman (Sirius Black from the Harry Potter films).   1. Fun, shallow gameplay with cool 3D stages, cheap enemies and a fair amount of repetition.
  2. Dawn of the Dragon may be lacking the polish and spark of big name DS titles, but it’s a solid time-waster.
  3. The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon is a fairly decent DS platformer and action game, but because of its linear and somewhat shallow design, as well as a number of minor flaws, it doesn’t quite make it past that.

    it`s a good game. The only problems are that the gameplay a little repetative and the game is VERY short. Meaning that once you complete the game (3-5 hours)the idea of playing it again is not too attractive. I`m a spyro fan but the game still didn`t complete my expextions. Collapse
