Once players finish grinding through locales like Tokyo, Dubai, Vermont and the Alps, they can switch gears and dip into the action-oriented puzzler Hue Pixel Painter. Uncovering sources of paint below the ground’s surface, players take Hue through various landscapes bringing color back to a dreary environment and defending against the Drabs who have set out to leave the world gray and bland. 1. It's a rare thing when a company wants to roll the dice with a valued property, and the results sometimes turn out great. In this case, not so much.
  2. A shadow of its former success, this is little more than a limited showcase for a peripheral. [Feb 2009, p.82]

A lacking package that players would do well to ignore; especially since the DSi (and lack of GBA port for the new motion pack) is on its way in a matter of months.
  4. There's less meat on this than a turkey carcass after Boxing Day. [Feb 2009, p.68]
  5. Saddled with poor visuals, ineffective controls and a complete lack of engaging content, Tony Hawk's Motion is a crushing disappointment .
  6. A poorly produced game with little to offer any Tony Hawk fan.
  7. Not even a bonus game, the paint-by-numbers Hue Pixel Painter, can save this mess. Avoid this Motion sickness at all costs.
