    Okay, best DS game ever, best storyline game ever, only flaws are the poor grphics and the amount of charecters you can be (no scroponok or Bonecrusher!) but Impresive, and I have made the right move here.

    This is possibly one of the most underrated games of all time. Epic graphics for the time and for the DS, great gameplay, great story, and great customization for a DS game. Besides, you can play as StarScream and Megatron!!!

    Awesome game! Nice 3D graphics, huge scenarios, various vehicles to transform, different types of missions and... Hey! We can play as Decepticons!

    It's a blast to terrorize the populace, and picking up cars and hurling them at autobots. impressive open city for a DS. die autobot scum!

    This game is really nothing special. The other comments are obvious attempts at astroturfing, because they all read the same, mention marketing bullet-points as positives, and do not offer any insight whatsoever into the mechanics of the game.

    Solid, fun little GTA-clone. For the first time in a Transformers game i actually feel like there's a BENEFIT to transforming. Surprisingly well-done, with a boatload of voicework. Go Decepticons!

    Great game. amazing, once I picked it up I have yet to stop. just an amazing game for a ds game grafics are a+ sound even better, pick it up and enjoy.

    Definitely the most awesome Transformers game I've played. It fills in background info that the movie leaves out, you can scan and play as a whole bunch of different vehicles and choose their color schemes to boot, you can play as almost all of the characters from the movie, and the overall gameplay is just fun. A must have for any Transformers fan.

    Transformer has become one of the most recognized franchise in Tv series , toy's , games and comic books . While the first Transformer portable edition isn't very innovative or awesome is a passable game that by no means deserves a credit of being an important game in the DS ( yet is a very old game ) . Crappy graphics is a shame, there were better graphics in the time this game came out, the gameplay is a little broken and very messed up. But that's enough information I can give to it .… Expand

    This game may not be a pillar of innovation or creativity, but it is fun. The combat is straightforward and the single player campaign is short, but fans will definitely have a good time here. The game is structured very well for a handheld platform and there’s enough replayability to keep you coming back for a while.

But for those who thrive in the world of high-tech morphing robots, the Battle for the AllSpark is a most tempting gameplay feature that will have thousands of gamers making daily contributions to the ongoing war.

    When it comes to fighting as the robot or the vehicle, Transformers DS falls flat. The action and its technique really needs a bit of a tune-up, especially in the "defense" department, and the glitches that pop up from time to time are really hard to ignore.
