  • Summary: An action-packed compilation of three of Capcom's most popular titles, originally released for the Nintendo Entertainment System. The trio of old school action titles includes "Bionic Commando," "Strider" and "Mighty Final Fight," all faithfully recreated and available to play in either the original aspect ratio or stretched to fill the handheld's widescreen display. 1. All three of these single-player games hold up well by modern standards and each will take at least a few hours to exhaust...if you're good enough, that is.
  2. Capcom Classics Mini Mix delivers a triple dose of old-school fun, and as long as you don't expect more than that, you'll be in for a nostalgically good time. [Nov. 2006, p.88]
  3. The absence of a save feature hurts the Mini Mix in a big way, but considering that the NES Classic GBA series offered a total of one game on one cartridge for the same price instead of three, the sting doesn't seem quite as bad.
  4. About the only thing we like is the directness of the chap at the start of "Strider": "KILL HIM! THAT'S YOUR MISSION!" [Nov 2006, p.76]

Call me biased but to me its worth $15 that I paid for this title for Bionic Commando. Although I admit Strider and Mighty Final Fight are mediocre at best. Expand
