With its simple plot (crashing crates and colleccting food and gems while fighting), kooky characters, and cool moves, N-Tranced is hours of frustrating fun. [28 Feb 2003, p.87]
The sequel's biggest unique element is its pretty darn fun Atlasphere challenges, inspired by the PS2/GameCube/Xbox "Wrath of Cortex" levels and powered by Vicarious Visions' "Tony Hawk" GBA engine.

Crash 2 N-Tranced I would give it a 90 cause of it's fun amazing gameplay, graphics, plot, controls, and the game is decent. Well the game is still flawed.

An amusing romp through the bizarre Crash Bandicoot universe. It's not the best game of its kind, but it's certainly worth a visit.
N-Tranced will not hypnotize players with its ambitious design or extensive new features, but the quality of presentation and fast-paced arcade-style action make it easy to recommend.
Should be a fun diversion for fans of the genre, though it pales in comparison to the best handheld platformers on the market.
Repeated playthoughs are marginally less frustrating as you already know what's coming, but hardly counter for the sloppiness of level design.

Crash Bandicoot 2 N Tranced es en mi opinión, junto con Nitro Kart los mejores juegos de Crash de la era post ND, manteniendo la esencia de los originales y en parte, la calidad que los caracterizaba. Mejora en todo con respecto al XS, incluyendo mejores gráficos (que sinceramente son una locura para la consola), nuevas modalidades de juego interesantes, una historia que te atrae mas sobre todo por la inclusión de N Tranced o la importancia de N Tropy y Crash Falso en la trama, nuevos poderes, el sistema de recolección de fragmentos de gema y una gran rejugabilidad. Puede ser que la cámara al igual que el XS le falte pulirse, pero es sin duda alguna uno de los mejores juegos de la GBA y de la saga en general, manteniendo ese nivel de presentación que tanto nos gustaba de los originales. Una gran adaptación de los clásicos para la portátil de Nintendo. Le falto poco para considerarlo sobresaliente. Totalmente recomendado.

I don't really like 2D Crash games but if you forget this is supposed to be a Crash, then it is actually a good and fun game. I think this is the best one of the Advance games only because i really love the boss battles in this one due to it being more originals, and I also love N-Trance Characters

This game is the perfection for Game Boy Advance. Perfect performance, great graphics, very funny gameplay and good plot & longevity. These are the factors that make of this, an amazing game. You can do any Crash Bandicoot 3 action, so the gameplay is now complete, and it's also competitive. Funny, nice and mind blowing. 100% recommended to anyone. Graphics and performance: 8- (7.75); Gameplay: 7; Longevity: 6; Plot: 6. OVERALL SCORE: 7- [6.69] (6.75 out of 10 [Amazing!])

It's not a "huge adventure" (see Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure), but will you play more than 1 level? Most certainly. Pros: Better graphics than The Huge Adventure; variety of levels and moves; overall, it's solid platforming. Cons: The difficulty can be frustrating; poor controls.
