Action fans will love it for its excellent platformer fun. [Aug 2002, p.146]
A fun but short adventure that is worthy of a rental.
The game itself is still a really enjoyable romp, but that doesn’t stop this being possibly the most lacklustre Nintendo release to date – the ‘Magical’ is ironic, surely?
The finer details can be hard to discern. This reviewer found himself straining his eyes in an effort to keep up. But as it's packed with plenty of action, gameplayers should be ready for some serious button banging.
The quest is definitely tolerable and somewhat decent of a diversion, it's not going to give you even an entire day of enjoyment.

Summary Pluto has disappeared and his pal Mickey is hot on his trail! But evil Emperor Pete won't make it easy. He's snatched poor Pluto and hidden him deep within his dungeon. Now, Mickey must summon his courage and begin a treacherous trek through Emperor Pete's magical world to rescure his chum before it's too late! Jump and touch the clouds...
