The mayor, an ex-street fighter himself, calls in the big guns to help, enlisting the iron fist team of Cody and Guy. The graphics are superb for a GBA game, with colorful characters that take up a good chunk of the screen, and bright, detailed backgrounds.

Obviously old school fans of these kinds of games will be impressed by the graphics and fast paced gameplay, but as I mentioned, if this isn't your thing there isn't much else in the way of gameplay.
  3. 85
It's not an entirely deep game, but it's very satisfying from start to finish.
  4. Repetitive, primitive and even a bit tedious...and I dug every minute of it. [Nov 2001, p.220]

Love this game! Spend a sh*tload of money on the arcade version when I was young. And now You can play it anytime, anywhere :) It's a shame that roxy and poison are missing though. And I would have liked to see more of axl kicking butt with slash. But other than that, it's a peace of old school heaven on your gba. Final Fight was the first, and is still the best!! Expand

Aah, this brings back some great arcade memories. A great conversion of a great game. Even better than the super nintendo versions, since you get all three characters plus all the original enemies from the arcade game. Great graphics, great gameplay, great action, what more do you want?? Expand

Sreets of rage came second and was clearly influenced by final fight! (a bit too much). But both are classic beat em ups! This conversion is arcade perfect! quality game. you can also play alpha characters from the street fighter games if you play it enough and kill enough blokes. Expand

Nice graphics, very true to the arcade. But I thought this game was boring. It's been collecting dust ever since I bought it.
