AIEEEEEEE! Average Streets of Rage clone! Give it a good kicking! Let's just hope it gets better as it goes along...

Sreets of rage came second and was clearly influenced by final fight! (a bit too much). But both are classic beat em ups! This conversion is arcade perfect! quality game. you can also play alpha characters from the street fighter games if you play it enough and kill enough blokes.

Love this game! Spend a sh*tload of money on the arcade version when I was young. And now You can play it anytime, anywhere :) It's a shame that roxy and poison are missing though. And I would have liked to see more of axl kicking butt with slash. But other than that, it's a peace of old school heaven on your gba. Final Fight was the first, and is still the best!!

Nice graphics, very true to the arcade. But I thought this game was boring. It's been collecting dust ever since I bought it.

Aah, this brings back some great arcade memories. A great conversion of a great game. Even better than the super nintendo versions, since you get all three characters plus all the original enemies from the arcade game. Great graphics, great gameplay, great action, what more do you want??

Fun side-scrolling fighting games, almost the same as the arcade original. There is a reason that even used copies of this game go for $20 today even though the game was released 12 years ago. This version can be played on any of the Gameboy systems that supports GBA titles like the Gameboy SP, DS and DSlite, etc. Great game, but getting harder and harder to find it for cheap. I personally feel this game is better than many other games of it's type like Streets of Rage. Expand

  1. Besides this awesome little cartridge, the drama of Metro City is limited on this generation of gaming machines. Maybe it's the dying out of beat 'em up games and general that has lent to this game's obscurity.
  2. If you haven't bought Final Fight One already, you should probably buy two or three copies, just to be safe. Everybody knows they will be the currency of a post-apocalyptic future where cops have periods in the middle of their names and chandeliers fall from the ceiling to reveal delicious roasts.

It's not an entirely deep game, but it's very satisfying from start to finish.
