In many ways this might just be my favorite GBA title of 2004. The designers have combined some really inventive gameplay that mixes collection, action, and puzzles with a great story and stylish presentation.
-
84You also have the ability to save anywhere. This is helpful for the game not being too frustrating as well.
-
80A great game for kids, and a definite good choice for Christmas for families, especially if they're fans of the Lemony Snicket books.
-
80The different characters manage the spice the game up a bit, and should be enough to satisfy younger fans of the film.
-
75A great game for anyone who likes side-scrolling, collection-based games but wants to try something with a lot of new twists on the genre.
-
70There is just nothing that really makes this game pop. It's not memorable. It does not stand out in my mind. And that is the most unfortunate event of them all.
-
The need to select actions from a list of commands makes the game move at a slower pace than most platformers, but the variety gives the adventure depth. [Dec 2004, p.150]
-
Lacking in everything that makes a game enjoyable, this one should have spent more time on the drawing board before hitting the shelves.

Purlysteadshin10I like all the puzzles, and sunny is great. My brother and I both like this game and we are beating it together.
