  1. Great graphics, great story, great sound, and great replay value (as it will take many tries to get every Elf, and many tries to get a perfect rank).

Despite such minor setbacks, the overwhelming characteristic of the game is high-speed action of the fun (and generally not too frustrating) variety.
  3. If you're a fan of shoot-'em-up platformer fun, Mega Man Zero is right on target. [Sept 2002, p.165]
  4. At issue is the way 'violence' in the game has been obscured. Despite the fact that Mega Man Zero deals with war and genocide, it's disturbing to see how often the game never completely engages with its subject matter. Any instance of violence that does occur has been minimized in various ways.

  1. Very difficult buy very fun to play, thanks to great sound effects, marvelous graphics, smooth controls, a grade-A story, and the fact the MMZ packs platforming, hacking-and-slashing, and shooting in one genre. Collapse

This game is so fun. I love the fact that after a hundred years he comes back to kick some ass.
  3. A darker humor for a charming franchise like this, changing the nice Mega Man for Zero in the whole story isn't a risk. In fact, i prefer playing more Zero rather than shooting all the time. The story is entertaining, the style and everything is well made. And the ending leaves you to want more. Expand
  4. Zero es un juego bastante divertido. Tiene una curva de dificultad que constituye un reto a la altura de la saga, una jugabilidad muy sencilla y una apartado gráfico muy agradable. Expand
