  • Summary: Based on the TV series of the same name, American Chopper takes you for a ride on some of the hottest bikes around.

If I spend a ton of time building a bitchin' bike, I expect to have a blast riding it. It is more fun to tweak your chopper than it is to ride it, and that is a flaw in the design's execution. The game needs to be at 50/50, and right now it is about 80/20 towards designing rather than driving.
  2. The riding mechanics aren't terrible, but Full Throttle's open-ended, GTA-wannabe world just doesn't work. [Mar 2006, p.86]
  3. Quotation forthcoming. [Mar 2006]
  4. All of the races and objectives are fun to explore but leave no lasting impression. They don't compel you to want to replay them for any reason. Think of this game as nothing more than a series of half-hearted mini-games involving the Teutul family, who by the sounds of things, don't seem to be particularly interested in this game either.
