  1. For older teens and adult gamers, it may get a bit dull or annoying in certain spots. However, if you're under 13, or looking for a way to have fun with your kids while playing a video game, you won't be disappointed.
  2. The innovation that the Tony Hawk series has been so desperately searching for. It’s pure skating fun, but the inclusion of the Disney characters takes it that extra mile.
  3. The care and attention to detail evident in this game is a testimony to the designers' integrity, which is too often missing in children's games.
  4. Being a Tony Hawk clone doesn’t mean that this isn't a quality title with plenty of fresh features, well worth of giving it a try.
  5. The visuals are smooth and colorful, just like the films, and the gameplay is set up to bring little skating fans joy.
  6. Game Informer
This is actually one of the better games of this ilk I've played in quite some time. [Oct 2003, p.131]
  7. 80
This is perhaps the first and only Disney sports title to impress me in the least. As an avid fan of Tony Hawk, I found the game to be incredibly fun and very easy to get into and enjoy.
  8. 80
An excellent merging of two popular properties, this is one "kiddie" game that you shouldn't overlook just because it has the Disney name stamped on the side.
  9. Perfect for kids, which accomplishes the goal of Extreme Skate Adventure.
  10. 78
One of the best examples of a game that appeals and caters to a younger age bracket while still maintaining a level of gameplay quality and intellectual decency lacking in so many other "kids games."
  11. Nintendo Power
An extreme sports free-for-all that features movie-themed playable characters in nine environments. [Nov 2003, p.151]
  12. What this all boils down to is a solid and intuitively controlled skating game that is optimized for younger players but also quite fun for fans of the Tony Hawk series.
  13. Personally, I don't have any place for a game like this on my shelf when I already have the whole Tony Hawk dynasty. Would I recommend it to my friends that have kids? Surely.

I'm shocked how actually good this game is. It does have some repetiveness, but overall it has those classic unique characters, and a I'm shocked how actually good this game is. It does have some repetiveness, but overall it has those classic unique characters, and a host of levels keeping you addicted for a little...but soon you'll give up. Give it a chance. Full Review »

What a great game. Tony Hawk is so smart for making this.
