  • Summary: Frogger's Adventures: The Rescue goes beyond Firefly Swamp and brings a multiplayer mode to Frogger fans. The series' hop-'n'-dodge gameplay returns as Frogger travels across seven diverse worlds with more than 25 levels. Each of these worlds includes mysterious clues, challenging puzzles, and menacing enemies to slow down your progress. Don't rest until you conquer the wide range of miniquests and side stories or until you dominate three of your friends in multiplayer mode. Expand

  1. Features some very good arcade-style gameplay that will somewhat take you back to the start of the videogame era, the days when you could play a arcade game for .25 cent, the days when you thought games like "Pac-Man" and "Pong" kicked ass.
  2. The cutscenes are better off skipped and there's nothing mind-blowing at work here, but the levels are clever, the bosses nicely creative and the mix of thinking and skill-based gameplay fun. [Dec 2003, p.85]
  3. The game's heavy emphasis on a disjointed and needless plot and some generally unimpressive production values are Frogger's Adventures main drawbacks, though they don't prevent the game from being enjoyable overall.
