-
The perfect example of a good game that just takes a bit too much from other games than it should.
-
Will quickly be overshadowed and fade into obscurity. [Nov 2002, p.134]
-
65The difference between the two games is night and day, with "Mario Party 4" being the better of the two by a wide margin.
-
There are virtually no sound effects or voice samples included at all, leaving the dire music to keep your ears entertained. Add weak animation and bland graphics to these other failings and you have a title almost totally lacking in charm and appeal.
-
A Mario Party-style shindig. [Sept 2002, p.164]
-
The three boards are each a little on the dull side and the play mechanics are uninspired.
-
52Just another shallow party game.
-
49Though it has the formula down, it has failed to capture the incentive to play and the depth to sustain continued play.
-
40Pacs newest adventure involves playing cheesy boards and minigames with his sappy friends (obviously his wifes pals), who look like they hopped out of a Barney video.
-
33Party game gone to hell thanks to its poor execution.

PacManwhoateFurby9This game, although it has a lack of voices, is a very good game. Really!

BobA.5Do not expect Pac Man eating dots. Otherwise it is fun when small children are part of the mix.
