  1. This game is so good that it's ridiculous! It has a billion game play modes. There's a Tour mode where you can play through twenty seasons. The audio, visuals and gameplay are incredibly impressive.
  2. Utterly fantastic in every respect. [Dec 2003, p.140]
  3. More than anything, Tiger Woods is an addictive game. The immense single-player experience will have you staring at the set for hours, just trying to win more money, unlock more gear and establish yourself as a legend.

The mix of true physics, newbie approachability, gameplay depth, and even a sly sense of humor makes Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004 thoroughly enjoyable.
  5. More game than we ever dreamed of. [Oct 2003, p.130]
  6. Our one big reservation is that if you strip away the tacked-on extras, even the most dedicated fan will find it hard to tell the difference between Tiger Woods 2004 and "Tiger Woods 2003." [NGC]
  7. Imitating a swing with the analogue stick is still as satisfying as ever, and the balance between control and room for error is nigh-on perfect. However, it would have been nice to see a few more changes to keep the experience fresh. [Oct 2003, p.122]

This game is much better than the first (and the first was near- perfect). More unlockables and faster gameplay.

At first, it was ridiculously hard. But after i got used to it, it was strangely addictive. And the create-a-character mode was awesomely detailed.
