  • Summary: When new leaders in Russia attempt to rebuild the Iron Curtain, war escalates, casualties mount, hostages are taken, and the Ghosts are sent in. Take a highly skilled Ghost team through a series of missions that range from demolitions to search-and-rescue and all-out firefights for survival. You can carry dozens of standard and special-issue weapons such as the M16A2, the M4 carbine, and the fearsome and deadly OICW. Bring a friend into the firefight in split-screen multiplayer mode. Your team--and the world--is counting on you. Collapse

  1. A highly enjoyable and tensely tuned game for any fan of tactical shooters.
  2. A radar display shows enemy positions - unrealistic, but useful. [Apr 2003, p.134]
  3. If you can ignore the many obvious flaws in the graphics and presentation there is, believe it or not, an addictive game to be had, but the numerous obvious technical problems prevent a higher score.
  4. 45
The menus are clean, and other elements of presentation are sufficient, but anything dependent on technical finesse -- such as computer AI, framerate, and precision controls -- is seriously lacking.

Although the graphics aren't as good as they could be, the gameplay is awesome! Ans so what if the AI of your own teammates seems like they're incredibly stupid, it makes the game harder, and, therefore, more enjoyable! Expand

I enjoyed this game much. Story is good, multiplayer is good, control are good etc. A.I and some gameplay stuff could be better.
  4. Less-than-average port of a formerly groundbreaking game. Buy the Xbox version, but not this one if you can, because it's a buggy mess that isn't all that fun. Expand
