Might be smartest to buy while the price is still cheap, and then hold off on playing until it's patched for steady play sessions.

This game looks great, but it suffers from some fundamentally broken gameplay as well as a very enigmatic navigation scheme.

While solid and bracingly difficult, A Knights Dawn is a very average tower defence experience.

A great looking multiplatform castle defense game in the vein of Defender Chronicles. Poor twitchy controls, mundane story and a general lack of own identity draw the final rating down. It is still recommended to veterans of the genre.

If you Like Tower Defense games, or if you enjoyed Defender Cronicles, you´ll definitly going to love this one! I got it last week and couldn´t stop playing for days! Its hard, oh jeah, it is, but thats also the part that makes you instant addictive. Once you lost a battle, you use our experience you made and start the Level with another Tactic... The graphics are excellent truly, they´re hand drawn with care and expertise. The sounds are well done too, combining music, effects and even voices to make gameplay that much more enjoyable and engaging. With the new update came the endless mode! Keppt me playing for hours! It also offers some ingame Achievements Gamecenter and Facebook integration, if you like that kind of stuff. Oh, and its an universal App, so if you can, play it on your iPad, its full Retina supported Full Review »
