    Apocalypse Max breathes new life into the zombie killing genre, and does it with a sick amount of flair and gusto.

    For fans of the side-scrolling shoot-em-up, Apocalypse Max delivers quite a lot in a fairly compact package. Requiring a fair amount of concentration, but never overly harsh, it wants you to be a survivor and will equip you with the appropriate weapon to do so.

    Apocalypse Max doesn't break new ground in the 2D platform/shooting genre, but its high-level of polish puts it right up there with the best iOS has to offer. You can't call yourself a zombie fan without downloading this entertaining game.

    This game is beyond AWESOME!

    The best looking platform shooter in iOS. Feels more powerful with the EPIC knife combo attack combined with b    lood seeking weapons with very responsive controls. Love the way the game takes to the toughest enemies through beautiful animations and level.

    If you are going to make a platform on iOS or else where this has set a new bar of expectations. Absolute perfection in all aspects of the game. Doesn't rely even a little on current iOS game design tactics like grinding etc. SNES platforming for the modern days.… Full Review »
