Aside from that one glaring complaint (which is more of a nitpicky issue, really), Arctic Escape is a well-designed homage to Lemmings and a wonderful value, as it costs $0.99 and works for both the iPhone and iPad. Definitely check it out.

Given the iPad version, and the clean production of Arctic Escape, it is a very good buy for puzzler fans looking for a challenging iPhone/iPad game combo. Priced at one dollar, it is affordable too. Your time will probably be consumed by these little penguins pretty quickly.

If you enjoy puzzle games and/or penguins as much as we do, this ought to be right up your alley. At $0.99, Arctic Escape is a fun and challenging 3.5-Dimple title.
  4. Apr 15, 2011
Drawing favorable comparisons to puzzle legendary franchise Lemmings, Arctic Escape is a challenging game that tasks the player with saving adorable penguins from environmental hazards.

There's a decent amount of content on hand here, but it soon felt like a bit of a chore to get through it all.
