For a small fee, Bike Baron offers a really fun cross/trial bike game. It is a great success from every point of view: super playable, and with cool animations, it allows you to run with an old guy's bike on many chaotic levels, in 4 different difficulty settings (Easy to Extreme). Those challenges are easy at first, but they quickly become very difficult and addictive. The game even features a track editor, with the ability to share your work with others. An excellent surprise on iOS platforms.

Bike Baron is a refreshing relic from the shareware era, but it takes some from the one of the greatest XBLA successes. This iPad version of the TrialsHD is sometimes painfully difficult, but extremely fun at the same time. [Dec 2011]

It's the closest thing to Trials HD you can get on iOS, but its difficulty gets overly frustrating at times.

Bike Baron is not a masterpiece or something that will be remembered by decades of players, but it's a honest 99 cent game, which offers hours of bike-fun and a powerful in-game editor which let you create your own track. Take that if you want a light-hearted entertainment.

Wow, this game is addictive! I literally can't put it down, has that one more go feeling. It's very easy to restart once you fail, and you will be failing a lot! :) Love the design as well, overall one of the best games this year! Expand

This game is simply awesome. First and foremost the game mechanic is almost perfect. After hours and hours of gameplay you might have the feeling that you've actually learned something about driving a cross :) That's amazing. You don't need anything else here. Just take a great mechanic, simple physics, WICKED level design and well balanced checkpoint and rewarding system. It delivers! Thumbs up for the Baron! Expand
