It's a shame that there's not more to this release, but the decision is a simple one - If you own World at War: Zombies already, hold off that purchase, but if not... game on!

Although the new map feels like more of the same despite enhancements, this "sequel" is enjoyable.
  3. Feb 5, 2011
The sloppy controls that hurt nearly every fast paced action game on the iPhone are present here, and the slowdown that occurs can really hinder the experience. When the game works though, it is an intense and rewarding zombie shooter.
  4. Feb 5, 2011
Call of Duty World at War: Zombies II is only interesting and nothing more. Nevertheless, for fans and especially for lovers of the genre, Call of Duty World at War: Zombies II remains a valuable opportunity for recreation.
  5. Feb 5, 2011
Ultimately, Zombies II doesn't quite have the controls to make it stand up against some of the other, better iPhone shooters on the market, nor does it add to the franchise enough to feel like a worthy sequel.

Zombies II isn't everything that it could have been, and at $10, it isn't everything it should have been. However, it is an interesting experiment. As far as expensive novelties are concerned, this is one of the better ones.
