Feb 1, 201180While some players may find Doom a little too twitchy an experience for the iPhone, Classic succeeds because the basic formula is so beautifully uncomplicated: a series of rudimentary pleasures ranging from spotting something nasty, through to blowing it to pieces, and then stepping over the corpse.

At first, I found the controls for Doom on iOS highly uncomfortable. So I changed it, still finding them all uncomfortable, the puzzles can also get very annoying at times and it gets very easy to get lost. With finding a map being the only way at times. However, if you forget about all that. Doom is definitely an experience to appreciate.… Expand
