Freaking Inkies is good, simple, messy fun that will keep you coming back for more thanks to its easy to master controls and wonderful variation of gameplay.

Freaking Inkies is a hot download, turning the color-matching element of a stodgy puzzler into a fast-paced action game you cannot put down.

Even if Freaking Inkies only included the default "shoot monsters" mode it'd be pretty fun, but the game's developers have decided to take things a step further and completely stuff the game with enough challenges and game types to keep players busy for much, much longer.

Chapter after chapter, the new Atakama Labs' game astonishes with new ideas and odd minigames: with its colourful graphics and its peppy music it's pleasant to see and hear. The difficulty grows very quickly, while only the most valiant of the gamers will hang in there. Freaking Inkies is simply one of the most fun and thumbs-breaking action games on the App Store.

With a tremendous amount of gameplay in the main game and a free play mode for those who master what the challenge mode has to offer, Freaking Inkies is more than just a unique and fun experience – it's a great value too.

It may be one of the more creative games we've seen lately, but Freaking Inkies gave us far more frustration than fun overall.
