If you come in to this game expecting an EVE or Privateer, you're going to be disappointed, because while Galaxy Pirate Adventure gives off the guise and visual splendor of these games, it's ultimately a basic RPG.
I've been enjoying what Galaxy Pirate Adventure has to offer quite a bit, but it didn't take very long for me to wish there was more. Mining, escort missions, anything. Anything to break up the monotonous loop of travel-shoot.
I was expecting something with a little more depth.
A bland sci-fi sim that will please the eye but will leave you wanting more depth in the gameplay.
Proof that you should never judge a book by its cover, Galaxy Pirate Adventure's sumptuous visuals can't make up for its shallow, repetitive gameplay.
