Admittedly loyal to the band's latest release, Gorillaz: Escape to Plastic Beach is a scatterbrained affair that doesn't deliver in terms of gameplay.
Dive-bombing and sailing through the air as Murdoc in 'Gorillaz - Escape to Plastic Beach' is a fun, albeit brief experience for fans to check out.
If you're way into Gorillaz, this game lets you explore one of their virtual environments. But if you've upgraded to iOS 4, stay away.
Their whole existence as a band made up of digital characters seems like the perfect makeup for a great video game, but instead the developer went with a safe clone of another game. It almost feels like they didn't try.
