Calling to mind the old-fashioned ball-and-hole handheld puzzles of yesterday, GridBlock offers plenty of challenge and uses the freemium model to excellent effect, allowing you to try before you buy.
  2. Sep 21, 2012
GridBlock is definitely worth the free taste for anyone who likes puzzle games to see if the concept and controls will stick. While the latter aspect is frustrating, GridBlock does a great job at executing its premise.
  3. Sep 24, 2012
In the end, if you're into more classic-styled board games with a mind-bending twist, then GridBlock may be right up your alley. However, the free download only allows you access to the first two sections, with the rest of the 80 levels available at a $2.99 purchase.
