Guan is a challenging two-person card game. At the beginning of each hand, each player is dealt 16 cards from one deck of card, excluding jokers, three 2s and one Ace. A hand finishes if one player has played all of his/her cards. The objective of this game is to trap as many of your opponents cards in his hand as possible to maximize the winners score.
Categories of hands include single, pair, triple, straight, pair straight, triple straight, full house and bomb. Scoring is based on the number of cards trapped in the opponents hand. Trapping all 16 cards wins 50 points; trapping 15 wins 40 points; trapping 14 wins 30 points. Trapping 13 or less, points scored equal to the number of cards trapped.
