There are loads of funny connections, and a whole lot of loose ends are tied up.
  2. Sep 26, 2011
If you've been playing through, and enjoying the exploits of Hector and Lambert, there's no reason not to pick up the final episode. New players probably want to start from episode 1.
  3. Nov 1, 2011
The Badge of Carnage series has been good throughout, and Beyond Reasonable Doom is no exception.
  4. Sep 27, 2011
It's smart, it's funny and it proves that effective comedy is well within the range of video games. Hector Episode 3: Beyond Reasonable Doom is a fine finish to one of the most entertaining adventure games I've ever played.
  5. Sep 27, 2011
In terms of value, Episode 3 is good but not great. It costs $4.99, but experienced gamers will knock it out in five hours or so. Fortunately, production values are quite high.

Nagging issues aside, Beyond Reasonable Doom ends the series with a bang. Several of them. Literally. I doubt it will win over point-and-click haters, but my goodness is it a great offering for fans of the genre.

A little easier than earlier entries, Hector: Ep3 offers up carnage and badges aplenty for fans of the series.
